Local Real Estate Professional Stars In TV Series
Nancianne Genduso Stars in Raeveel's Innovative New Real Estate Series, Negotiators Luxe™, Showcasing the Best of New York
New York, NY (May 5, 2023) - Nancianne Genduso, a New York-based award-winning REALTOR® at Coldwell Banker American Homes, is set to star in an innovative new series called Negotiators Luxe™, which showcases the incredible state of New York, focusing on Brooklyn, Queens, and Long Island. This time, actual real estate professionals will head this series as they negotiate buyers and sellers through transactions and showcase incredible properties. The highlight of this show is to take viewers along for a journey of what it takes to be a negotiator while introducing incredible people and places and bringing their community to the spotlight.

Negotiators Luxe™, premiering in May 2023, is a Reveel™ Original Series where real estate agents and home buyers from communities across the country come together to check off all the things on their Dream Home wish list. It's not just another series that shows you unattainable luxury homes, but a practical (and very real) guide of what goes into finding the perfect property, while showcasing the incredible community the client is looking to reside in and highlighting the intricate details of what agents do to navigate through the process of helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.
In the pilot episode, we meet long-time Negotiator and native New Yorker Nancianne Genduso, who is an award-winning REALTOR® at Coldwell Banker American Homes for over 15 years. Viewers follow Nancianne as she showcases a home that the Congers bought in Rockville Centre, NY and turned into their dream oasis. She also visits The Flour Shoppe Cafe, a local business owned by Madison Kaer, to talk about her dream and vision of owning her own business and why her cafe is worth the visit.
