Offering over 35 different success topics there is a wealth of information for each agent attending. Educational sessions immerse sales associates into the daily activities and responsibilities of a real estate professional. It further brings the many tools and systems of the company to the agent in an easy-to-understand, practical format allowing the agent to actually apply them to their personal business practice.



Coaching is the most important aspect of the Coldwell Banker American Homes educational platform. Less than 20% of real estate associates have a business plan. We at Coldwell Banker American Homes believe without a detailed business plan to answer key questions about your business and provide you with a path for future growth, your success in real estate will be more difficult to obtain. Our real estate coaching and business planning outline and-remove and evaluates all aspects of your real estate business and establishes a specific roadmap to achieve your goals.

Soaring to Success

This 10 session program is exclusive to Coldwell Banker American Homes. Developed by Debra Asher, formerly the CEO of ProCalibre Associates and National Speaker and Trainer, Debra is now our Director of Business Development. She has incorporated this successful program that has been taught nationwide to thousands of real estate professionals both experienced and new to the industry. She now teaches this program through the Academy at American Homes.

President's Circle

The President’s Circle is a top agent brainstorming summit held quarterly and available by invitation only. It introduces new topics as well as reinforces current events and challenges top agents face in ever-changing markets. Improving the associate’s skills is the primary objective. The round table discussion with other serious, high-level agents fosters camaraderie and networking opportunities on a company-wide basis.

Commercial Division

Commercial Training includes an array of special seminars for both the experienced commercial specialist and those wanting to enter the commercial real estate field. Topics include The Basics to Commercial Real Estate Success and The 1031 Exchange.
